If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, We will exchange or refund any products with all labels intact and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Please note this excludes earrings which are non refundable.

Damages & Faults

Many of our products are made from leather and other natural materials so Marks and scars in the leather are characteristic of an authentic leather hide and will not be considered faulty.

we will offer an exchange or replacement for faulty goods for a maximum of 12 months.

Please note we accept no liability for wear and tear of products.
